Hamilton International provides a number of services and is eager to assist its passengers to ensure a hassle-free, convenient experience.
Hamilton International Airport’s Terminal Operations office is located to the left of the check-in counters and is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Please visit the office directly should you encounter any challenges navigating the terminal or using Airport facilities.
If you require any special assistance, please notify the air carrier directly or through your travel agent when making flight arrangements.
Free Wireless Internet
Hamilton International Airport is happy to provide its passengers with free wireless internet services. Simply connect your wireless device to the ‘Fly Hamilton Passenger WIFI’ network for a fast, easy and free connection to the web.
Hamilton International is pleased to offer complimentary baggage carts, located conveniently throughout the terminal building and parking facilities.
The Kid’s Zone located inside the Departures Lounge is the perfect spot for Hamilton International’s youngest passengers. The Kid’s Zone sits atop of soft artificial turf, has a neat window view of arriving and departing aircraft and features toys, games and a flat screen television.
Lost & Found
Items found in the terminal may be turned in to Airport Security at the Terminal Operations office. The Terminal Operations office is located to the left of the check-in counters, on the west end of the terminal. To recover lost items, please visit the Terminal Operations office, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 905.679.1999.
