Food & Shopping

Since opening its first café on Toronto’s east side more than 18 years ago, Dark Horse Espresso has grown to serve communities across Southern Ontario, bringing its neighbourhood café experience to each new location. Dark Horse YHM brings its community-driven approach to specialty food and beverage to the Airport, featuring freshly roasted coffee from its partners at Detour Coffee Roasters and high-quality, handmade pastries from Dear Grain Bakery. A refurbished shipping container has been used to create an espresso bar kiosk post-security in the Departures Lounge, offering a wide selection of grab-and-go food, light entrees, specialty coffee and pastry, craft beer, wine and cocktails.

Located pre-security in the main concourse, Tim Hortons offers a full menu of coffee, beverages, breakfast items, sandwiches, baked goods and other favourites for guests to enjoy before or after their flight. Please note that liquids, including coffee, other beverages and soup, are not permitted through the security screening checkpoint in accordance with Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) regulations. Guests are welcome to bring solid food items purchased from Tim Hortons into the Departures Lounge.

Shop before you fly at the Hamilton International Duty Free and Departures Retail Shop, conveniently located post-security in the Departures Lounge. Find books, grab-and-go fresh food, snacks, beverages and other travel essentials before your flight. Duty-free shopping is available for U.S. and international-bound travellers.

Forget your headphones, phone charger or something else? The Best Buy Kiosk located in the Departures Lounge is stocked with the latest technology for travellers.
