Our friendly team of airport ambassadors are ready to welcome you, answer questions and provide guidance throughout your journey.

ATMs

Two ATMs are available for your convenience. The pre-security ATM dispenses Canadian currency, while the post-security ATM dispenses Canadian and U.S. currency.

Baggage Carts

Complimentary baggage carts are located conveniently throughout the terminal building and parking facilities.

Charging Stations

Keep your devices powered before your flight with complimentary charging stations located throughout the departures lounge.

Free Wi-Fi

Connect your device to the "Fly Hamilton Passenger WIFI" network for fast, complimentary internet access.

Water Refill Station

Stay hydrated by refilling your reusable water bottle at the water refill station, conveniently located beside the Best Buy vending kiosk in the departures lounge.

Lost & Found

To report a lost item or claim found property, please contact the Operations Centre.

To access the Operations Centre, please enter the terminal building through the Departures entrance. Once inside, turn left and proceed straight past the check-in counters and through the small door. There is a telephone on the wall across from the elevator – press the speakerphone button and dial 2260 to connect with one of our Terminal Operations Officers for assistance.
