Every passenger flying is required to present a form of Government Issued Photo Identification. If you are travelling with a minor, please contact your airline directly to confirm its ID requirements for children under the age of 18. For more information on required documents, please click here.

Items found in the terminal may be turned in to the Operations Centre (OC) located to the left of the check-in counters at the west end of the terminal. To recover lost items, please visit the OC or call 905.679.1999. If you’ve lost property on an aircraft, please contact the airline you travelled with directly.
